Our 6-Week Meet Peaking program will prepare you to peak for maximal performance on the day of competition. Written to accommodate multi-day championship meets, this template is adaptable whether your competition day is Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Individual program is delivered as a static PDF with base percentages. Group program includes unlocked Excel file to input maxes and calculate custom training weights.
